Rostania Isenia, better known as Tania, currently acts as a school social worker at SOZDA - Foundation Education of Seventh Days Adventists (Advent School Board). She is one of the founders of the care team of the three (3) advent schools here in Curaçao, from the year 2015. Isenia provides training and guidance to students, parents, and teachers. In addition, she also teaches the students of the sixth grade the subject Social and Emotional Training.

Isenia has obtained her Bachelor's degree in Social Work, in Pedagogical Assistance, with Major Social Educational Care. During her study years she did an internship at the Ministry of Administration, Planning & Services, Probation Service Curaçao, SOZDA and the Public Schools Department.

After her studies at the UoC, she obtained her Pedagogical Certificate, where she can also teach the following subjects - People & Society, General Social Sciences, History and Geography - to students of secondary vocational education.
